Information You Provide

• Account Information: Name, username, email address (optional), Apple ID authentication data
• Profile Data: Age, biological sex, height, weight, weight goal, fitness goals, experience level
• Health & Wellness Data: Daily check-in data (weight, sleep quality, energy level, mood, side effects, notes)
• Peptide Protocol Data: Stack items, dosing schedules, protocols, dose completion records
• Bloodwork Data: Lab result photos and extracted marker values
• Photos: Face/body photos taken during onboarding for AI transformation, progress photos

Information Collected Automatically

• Apple Health Data: Steps, heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, and sleep data (with your permission)
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, app version
• Usage Data: App interaction patterns, feature usage, crash reports

Information Processed by Third-Party AI

• Photos for AI Transformation: Photos submitted during onboarding are sent to Google's Gemini API for body transformation visualization. These images are processed in real-time and are not stored by Google beyond the processing session.
• AI Chat & Protocol Builder: Conversations with the AI advisor are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Message content is not retained by Anthropic beyond the API session.
• Bloodwork Analysis: Lab result images are processed by AI to extract and interpret marker values.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App's features and services
• Generate personalized peptide protocol recommendations
• Track your progress (weight, body composition, bloodwork trends)
• Schedule and send dose reminder notifications
• Generate AI-powered body transformation previews
• Analyze bloodwork results and identify flagged markers
• Sync your data across devices via Firebase
• Process subscription payments via Apple's App Store
• Communicate with you about your account or the App

• Local Storage: Your data is stored locally on your device using UserDefaults and the app's document directory
• Cloud Storage: If you sign in, your data is synced to Google Firebase (Firestore) under your unique user ID
• Photos: Onboarding photos and transformation images are stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers.
• Encryption: Data transmitted to Firebase is encrypted in transit using TLS. Firebase encrypts data at rest.
• Authentication: We use Firebase Authentication with Apple Sign In for secure account management

PeptideIQ uses the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase: Authentication, Firestore database, cloud storage, and analytics. Firebase Privacy Policy
• Anthropic (Claude API): AI-powered chat advisor and protocol recommendations. Anthropic Privacy Policy
• Google Gemini API: AI-powered body transformation image generation. Google AI Terms
• RevenueCat: Subscription management and analytics. RevenueCat Privacy Policy
• Apple StoreKit: In-app purchase processing
• Apple HealthKit: Health data access (steps, HRV, heart rate, sleep) with your explicit permission

• We only access Apple Health data that you explicitly grant permission for
• Health data is read from HealthKit and displayed in the App — it is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose other than providing App features
• Health data accessed includes: step count, heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, and sleep analysis
• You can revoke Health data access at any time in your iPhone's Settings → Health → Data Access

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With third-party services listed above, solely to provide App functionality
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process
• Safety: To protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

• Your data is retained as long as you maintain an active account
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account
• Upon account deletion, all data stored in Firebase (Firestore, Storage) is permanently deleted
• Local data on your device is cleared when the app is uninstalled or when you delete your account
• AI processing data (photos sent for transformation, chat messages) is not retained by third-party AI providers beyond the processing session

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured format
• Withdraw consent at any time
