PeptideIQ Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PeptideIQ (“the App”), developed by Elevated Systems LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PeptideIQ is a peptide research and protocol tracking application that helps users manage their peptide stacks, track dosing schedules, monitor progress, and analyze bloodwork. The App provides:

  • Peptide stack management with dosing protocols and supply tracking
  • Smart dose scheduling with push notification reminders
  • Daily check-in tracking (weight, mood, energy, side effects)
  • AI-powered peptide research and protocol building
  • Bloodwork analysis with AI-powered marker interpretation
  • Weight goal tracking and progress visualization
  • AI-generated body transformation previews
  • Progress photo tracking

3. Research Disclaimer

PEPTIDEIQ IS DESIGNED FOR EDUCATIONAL AND RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. IT IS NOT INTENDED TO PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.

  • The peptide protocols, dosing information, and recommendations provided by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice
  • AI-powered analysis and recommendations are approximations and should not replace professional medical guidance
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any peptide protocol
  • Do not make health decisions based solely on information from this App
  • The App does not endorse or encourage the use of any specific peptide or compound
  • If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately

4. Account & Authentication

  • You may sign in with your Apple ID or use the App with an anonymous account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the App
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the App's Settings

5. Subscription & Payment

Subscription Plans

  • Weekly: $4.99 per week
  • Monthly: $11.99 per month
  • Annual: $39.99 per year

Payment Terms

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
  • No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period

6. User Content & Data

  • You retain ownership of all data you input into the App (check-ins, photos, bloodwork results, notes)
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the App's services
  • Photos taken during onboarding are processed by AI for transformation previews and are not stored on our servers
  • Bloodwork photos are processed by AI for analysis and are not permanently stored after processing
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide

7. AI-Powered Features

PeptideIQ uses artificial intelligence for several features including protocol recommendations, bloodwork analysis, body transformation previews, and the research chat advisor. You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs are generated approximations and may not always be accurate
  • AI-generated body transformation images are aspirational visualizations, not guarantees of results
  • AI bloodwork analysis is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical interpretation
  • AI protocol recommendations should be reviewed with a healthcare professional

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Distribute, sell, or sublicense the App or any content within it
  • Use the App to provide medical advice to others
  • Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the App's security

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, content, peptide database, AI models, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Elevated Systems LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELEVATED SYSTEMS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

  • We are not responsible for any health outcomes related to peptide use
  • We are not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated recommendations or analysis
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App's Settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
